After you choose a starting volume, Kaitlin sends a concise proposal showing the concept, schedule, delivery plan and complete investment. You review everything before accepting.
After acceptance, a professional invoice is issued. Larger custom orders generally require a 50% deposit to reserve production, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Smaller, rush or orders with short notice may require payment in full.

What can be personalized?
A customized matchbox can feature an approved logo, brand name or simple brand treatment. Share your direction in the inquiry form and Kaitlin will confirm feasibility and pricing in your proposal.
How much lead time is required?
Timing depends on quantity and the approved batch treatment. Share upcoming dates as early as possible; the production schedule and delivery date will be confirmed in your proposal before you approve the order.
What if our volume changes?
Pricing is based on batches of 10, 20, 30 or 50 gifts. If your expected volume changes, contact Kaitlin before the next run so the best available tier and schedule can be confirmed.
Where do you deliver, and how is it priced?
Bulk delivery is currently coordinated throughout New York and New Jersey. Delivery is a separate proposal line item based on order size, destination, timing, number of locations and any special handling, so you see the complete cost before approval.
Can you accommodate preferences or restrictions?
Share any shared preferences or dietary restrictions when you inquire. Available substitutions will be confirmed before production, and any product substitution will be equal or greater in value.
Do you offer recurring corporate gifting?
Yes. Recurring gifting can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, as needed or around a specific calendar. Scope, timing, pricing and change or cancellation terms are confirmed in your proposal; no ongoing commitment is assumed from submitting an inquiry.
What happens after I request a proposal?
Kaitlin reviews your request and follows up with a personalized proposal covering the collection, any requested matchbox branding, delivery plan, timing and total investment. After you accept, an invoice is issued through a secure online payment page.
When is payment due?
An inquiry or proposal does not reserve production. Larger custom orders generally require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Smaller, rush or orders with short notice may require full payment upfront; your invoice will state the exact terms.
What are the basic order terms?
Final contents depend on availability and approved brand details; any necessary substitution will maintain comparable quality, aesthetic and value. Proofs approved by the client are considered final. Timing or price may change if quantity, artwork, destination or scope changes after approval. Cancellation, rush and recurring order terms will be stated in the proposal for your specific order. Accurate delivery details and an authorized recipient are the client’s responsibility.
